Silhouette shooting has it's roots in hunting and is primarily used to hone one's skills in this area for many shooters. Discuss your experiences here...
The National Rifle Association also includes silhouette competition. The rules, distances and guns are slightly different, but there are many “cross over” shooters that play in both with the same skills and equipment.
100/200/300M, 600/1000 Yard Benchrest, F-Class, High Power, Palma. These guys are serious and their marksmanships and technical knowledge is top notch.
Did you ever play cowboys and Indians as a kid? If you never outgrew that phase and now just spend a whole lot more money on the costumes and use real guns – this is the game for you! Through all the fun and “dress-up” there is actually some real shooting going on here somewhere…
