First wonderful news...woke up today to an announcement that a new security hole was found and how to fix it in the main web site software...so that was the first hour over coffee.

I have also added some code to now show random images on the top of the main forum.

I am currently working on adding random images and random classified ads on the main home page.

Anyone have any thoughts on the "IHMSA Shoutbox" I have on the home page? That code actually connects back to a third party service (that there is a monthly fee for). It doesn't seem to get used and I am wondering if I need to move it to a different location or drop it all together. Thoughts?

Since it entails a monthly fee I'd suggest dropping it.

Drop it. From my experience on other sites that have the shout box, it will either be ignored or everyone will use it to the detriment of the forums... I'd rather have the forums.
