Ammo holders ?

I would like to get a couple ammo holders, but I can't find any out there. What I am looking for is the ones that attach around your leg that I see people using. That way I don't have to reach over myself to reload. When I first started out, it wasn't that big of a deal, but since I had my back surgery it has become more of an issue. After our last BB match I was sore for almost a week.

Anyway, I can't find what I am looking for anywhere. I am considering just using an old web belt and an Uncle Mikes "Belt Slide" type ammo holder. I figure I can cut the belt to length and put some velcro on it.

Does anyone know of where I can buy one for BB cartridges and one for SB? If not, does anyone have a better design?

Try contacting Leo Mancuso at leodnm@brightok.net. He makes ammo garters and blast shields. The ammo garter I bought from him has both large and small loops for centerfire and rimfire.

I talked with Leo.

He is no longer making any new items, but he has blast shields and leg wraps in stock, so I ordered one of each from him.

I ended up ordering a leather wrist ammo holder from Wes Daems at www.7xleather.com. He will make them with 5 loops for an extra $5, so the price from him is $36 shipped. I am getting one that will hold my TCU cartridges and if I like it, I will probably order another for rimfire and one for 0.473" case head cartridges.
