I really did not want to have to do this, but we have had several "New Users" from places like Russia that registered with bogus information and attempted to post SPAM. Therefore I have closed open registration. This means that any new users must register - and then I will be notified via email and must manually approve them. Not what I was hoping for, but unfortunately it is now required.
