The rules for buying and selling firearms, including any serialized components, are subject to various laws. BATFE regulations require the use of at least a Federal Firearms License holder on the buyer’s side. Laws differ from state to state. IHMSA Networks take no responsibility for your actions, but strongly recommends you research Local, State and Federal laws as well as the shipper’s rules prior to completing any firearm transaction. Any NFA/Class 2 Firearms or Accessories must be identified as such and laws adhered to accordingly. Do not list illegal firearms or accessories. IHMSA Networks does not review each and every ad for legality or correctness, so please double check everything.
